USE OF FACILITIES

• Each Member and their guest shall observe the rules and codes of conduct set out by the Club.
• On arrival, members and their guests must sign on the register book.
• Members and their guest shall take responsibility for the security and safety of their belongings and property. Club authority will not be liable for any belongings or property or be liable for any claim or expense resulting to loss or damage to member’s or guest’s belongings or property.
• Any items found in the Club after closing will be recovered in the lost property box & recorded in the book, held for 30 days from the date and then disposed of. If any member claim as owner of the lost belongings or property, he has been advising to collect the belongings or property with 07 days from the date of notification.
• The Management of the club reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject members or their guests as it should think fit. Members shall observe such rules and obligations concerning bookings for facilities or services as the Proprietor may from time to time stipulated.
• No Member shall remove, damage or destroy any artwork, item of furniture or any other articles belonging to the Club. If a member or their guest causes the loss, damage or destruction of any such property as described, the member shall bear full responsibility and will be charged the applicable cost.
• CCTV cameras will be used in various parts of the Club Premises for the security and safety of the club and its members.

SPECIAL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR GUESTS

• Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests are aware of all Club rules and codes of conduct for use of club facility.
• Guests shall be admitted into the club premises at the discretion of the Club and its management.
• Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times and members shall be responsible for any kind abusive activities done by guests.
• Members must not leave before any of their guests. If guests are likely to arrive before members, must be notified reception in advance by the concern member.
• If any guest would like to use club without accompanied by members, must be notified reception in advance by the concern member.

SPECIAL CAUTION FOR MEMBERS, GUESTS & VISITORS

1. Zero tolerance on violence & Drug.
2. Dress appropriately.
3. No arm wrestling.
4. No shouting.
5. Conduct yourself with decorum.
6. Respect your Club and members.
7. Treat the Club’s staff with respect.
8. No nonsense.
9. Any kinds of FIRE ARMS are strictly prohibited.
10. Every member is responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests.

SPECIAL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR GUESTS

ACL encourages individuality with fabulous dressing. The Club’s Dress Code does not wish to be binding or overly prescriptive, however we do politely advise request Members and their guests to dress for the occasion and be respectful in their choice of attire.
